I appreciated the friendly staff. Alan provided great assistance on my last day. The location proved convenient, being central but quiet. A shopping center nearby offered convenience for last minute items.
The hot water was indeed slow to boil.

The location is central and near an MRT station. Multiple train lines made travel easy to Universal Studios (this helped a lot). Orchard Road is also close. It offers many shopping and dining options.

My room included complimentary water every day. The room design and aesthetic felt nice (I loved the touch of style!). The bed proved comfy. It ensured restful nights .

The staff members are accommodating and helpful. Janet at reception assisted with a quick check-in. The Manager assisted with getting a ride during check-out. It was really appreciated.

The lobby provides complimentary tea . Many restaurants are within close proximity to the hotel. It was very easy to find places to eat (always a plus!).

the room was very clean. the bathroom was nice. i expected a tiny room, but there was sufficient room to enjoy our stay. the tv is massive in rooms, probably 75 inches.
hot water is slow to boil. the sound insulation is not good.

the hotel staff provided directions. they are friendly and helpful. i noticed their warm and cute demeanor during check-in. it was a breath of fresh air.
